My Journey to Fitness

I began my fitness journey at the age of 40, when I was struggling with my health as a busy mom. After learning I was clinically obese at 131 pounds, I decided to make a change. I earned my personal training certification and discovered kettlebells in 2010. This simple tool transformed my approach to fitness, allowing me to achieve results I never thought possible. My passion for kettlebells led me to earn several certifications, and I now help individuals of all ages and abilities find strength and confidence through kettlebell training.
