At 40, I started a fitness journey that reshaped my life. As a busy mom feeling the strain of neglecting my health, I took the leap into personal training. My kettlebell discovery in 2010 revolutionized my workouts, leading me to earn certifications through NASM, HKC, RKC, and StrongFirst. Now, over 60, I am still just as strong and energized, training 4 to 6 days a week and helping others find their strength.
